An Introduction to Entrepreneurship

Introduce Saskatchewan students to entrepreneurship with this engagaing locally-developed program from the Saskatoon Industry Education Council.

SaskMoney Start Features

  • Eight interactive online modules

  • A certificate for completing online content

Program Overview

  • SaskMoney Start is free for Saskatchewan teachers and students!
  • Content is connected to the first five modules in the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education’s Entrepreneurship 20-30 curriculum
  • This program is intended for grade 7-9 students, but it can be used to supplement learning in Entrepreneurship 20/30 classes
  • Content can be delivered in mutiple ways:
    • Entirely Online: Students progress through the appoximately 2-hour course on their own
    • Blended Learning: Teachers can supplement online content with guiding questions, activities, and graphic organizers supplied in the Teacher’s Guide
    • Blended Plus Project: Additional assignments and project suggestions are included in the Teacher’s Guide
